2. Do I need to clean or organize before you arrive?

Absolutely not! That’s what we’re here for. There’s no need to straighten up or feel embarrassed about your space. Seeing how your home functions day to day helps us understand your challenges and create solutions that work for you.

3. What if I feel overwhelmed or don’t know where to start?

You’re not alone. Many of our clients feel that way when they first reach out. We’ll help you identify priorities, break larger projects into manageable steps, and work at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

4. Will you make me throw away my belongings?

Never. You remain in control of what stays and what goes. Our role is to guide you through decisions, offer practical suggestions, and help you create space for what matters most. We understand that belongings can hold sentimental value, and we approach those decisions with patience and respect.

5. Do you work with seniors and their families?

Yes! We assist older adults and their families with downsizing, organizing, preparing for a move, and settling into a smaller home or senior living community. We can also help family members who are coordinating a transition from out of town.

Our goal is to make the process less stressful while respecting each person’s needs, preferences, and independence.

6. Can you help if I’m not moving but want to get organized?

Of course! You don’t need to be preparing for a move to benefit from our services. We help with everyday clutter, paperwork, closets, kitchens, garages, home offices, and more. We focus on creating practical systems that are easy to understand and maintain.

7. Do you help people with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or chronic disorganization?

Yes. We recognize that traditional organizing methods don’t work for everyone. We take time to understand your routines, challenges, and preferences before recommending systems.

We focus on simplifying decisions, reducing visual clutter, creating accessible storage, and developing realistic routines that support everyday life.

8. Can you help me prepare my home for renovations?

Absolutely! We can help sort, organize, pack, and clear spaces before construction begins. Once renovations are complete, we can assist with unpacking, setting up rooms, and creating functional storage systems in your updated space.

We can also coordinate with your contractor or other service providers to help simplify the process.

9. Do you offer packing and unpacking services?

Yes! We help prepare belongings for a move, organize and pack items, and unpack them in your new space. We go beyond simply emptying boxes by helping arrange belongings and establish systems so your new home feels functional from the start.

10. Do you take donations or arrange junk removal?

Yes. We can help sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal and coordinate with appropriate local organizations and service providers.

Donation drop-offs, hauling, and other third-party services may involve additional fees, which are discussed ahead of time.

11. How much do your organizing services cost?

Our standard organizing rate starts at $75 per hour, with a four-hour minimum per scheduled workday.

Every project is different. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, the scope of work, and any potential additional expenses, such as organizing supplies, donation drop-offs, travel, or third-party services.

We believe in being upfront about pricing so you can make informed decisions.

12. Do I need to purchase organizing bins and supplies before our appointment?

No! We prefer to assess your space and belongings before recommending purchases.

Whenever possible, we work with storage solutions you already own. If additional supplies would be helpful, we’ll discuss practical options that fit your needs, available space, and budget.

13. How long will my organizing project take?

That depends on the size of the space, the amount of belongings, your goals, and how quickly decisions can be made.

Some areas may be completed in one session, while larger projects, such as whole-home downsizing or move preparation, may require multiple visits. We’ll help prioritize your project and develop a realistic plan.

14. Do I need to be home while you’re working?

For projects that involve deciding what to keep, donate, or discard, your participation is especially helpful.

For packing, unpacking, or certain pre-approved tasks, independent work may be possible once we’ve established a clear plan and expectations.

15. Can you work with my family, movers, contractors, or other professionals?

Yes! Life transitions often involve several people and moving parts. We can work alongside family members, movers, contractors, junk removal companies, and other professionals to help coordinate the organizing-related portions of your project.

16. What areas do you serve?

Do It All Donna LLC proudly serves Chester County, Pennsylvania, including Coatesville, Thorndale, Downingtown, Exton, Chester Springs, Lincoln University, West Chester, and surrounding communities.

Travel outside our primary service area may be available upon request.

17. How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Contact us to schedule a consultation and tell us a little about your space, your goals, and what’s been challenging.

We’ll discuss your priorities, recommend a starting point, and explain the next steps.

You don’t need to have a perfect plan. You just need to take the first step.
